• If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please check with your local post office or delivery service before reaching out.

• Each book is personally inscribed by the author, which may require additional processing time. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.
• Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery is 5–14 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times may vary.
